Hello there! I'm Thomas Walskaar, a versatile graphic designer and dedicated researcher based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, originally from the south of Norway. Over the years, I have acquired expertise in various aspects of visual design, ranging from newspaper and book production with Amazon's top seller “Floppy Disk Fever” to digital UX/UI for Webrecorder and involvement in video and photography festivals.
When I'm not immersed in designing visuals, I delve into exploring how digital technologies intersect with society—examining the past and present to understand what we can learn and how to engage with old web content with my project Dead Web Club and currently working on a project that explores the impact of early web communities and music platforms on today's artists.
